Critics Choice Awards 2022 anuncia nueva fecha de entrega

Los Critics Choice Awards 2022 anunció su nueva fecha de entrega, tras aplazar su gala debido al aumento de casos por Covid-19 con su variante ómicron.

En un comunicado los Critics Choice Association (CCA) han dado a conocer su nueva fecha para la 27ª entrega de los Critics Choice Awards 2022.

Luego de posponer su gala prevista para el pasado 9 de enero, ahora los Critics Choice Awards 2022 se llevarán a cabo el próximo el próximo 13 de marzo.

Fecha que coincide con la entrega de los premios Bafta de la Academia Británica de las Artes Cinematográficas y de la Televisión.

Según fuentes para Variety, los organizadores de los CCA y Bafta han estado en comunicación sobre el tema de su fecha de entrega y han llegado a un entendimiento mutuo entre ellos.

También los Critics Choice Awards 2022 se darán a solo dos semanas antes de los Oscar, que tendrán lugar el 27 de marzo igualmente  en Los Ángeles.

¿Dónde serán los Critics Choice Awards 2022?

Para este año los Critics Choice Awards 2022 han anunciado también un cambio de sede.

Tradicionalmente la gala que se celebra desde 1995 se llevaba a cabo en el Barker Hangar en el Aeropuerto de Santa Mónica.

Por lo que ahora el nuevo recinto para la entrega de los Critics Choice Awards 2022, tendrá lugar en el icónico hotel de Los Ángeles, el Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel.

En donde, por cuarto año consecutivo, el actor Taye Diggs volverá a ser el anfitrión de la noche junto a la actriz y comediante Nicole Byer.

Por otra parte, la transmisión en inglés estará a cargo simultáneamente de The CW y TBS, mientras que para Latinoamérica será en el canal de TNT.
