Sam Smith terminó con la tortuosa espera de sus fans y por fin ha revelado el lanzamiento de su tercer álbum de estudio que lleva por nombre 'Love Goes’. Pero las sorpresas no terminaron ahí, ya que al mismo tiempo el cantante liberó su primer sencillo titulado ‘Diamonds’.

A través de sus cuentas en redes sociales, el cantante británico anunció que su nuevo material discográfico saldrá a la venta el próximo 30 de octubre y reveló algunos detalles sobre su origen:

“Estoy encantado de anunciar mi tercer álbum (no puedo creer que esté diciendo eso) 'Love Goes’. Este álbum marca un momento de experimentación y autodescubrimiento en mi vida. Escribí esto entre los 26 y 28 años y ha sido un viaje increíble”

En un comunicado, el intérprete de ‘Stay with me’ y ‘Not the only one’ detalló que durante el proceso que dio lugar a 'Love Goes’ se prometió que dispararía hacia las estrellas y no tendría limitaciones. Esto dio como resultado algo “mágico, terapéutico y divertido”, indicó.

“Mi amor por la música es tan amplio y todos mis placeres culpables musicales se convirtieron en placeres. Sin culpa, sin vergüenza, solo el gusto de cantar, crear y bailar”

Pero el lanzamiento de su nuevo disco no fue la única sorpresa que compartió Smith. También reveló su primer sencillo que lleva por nombre ‘Diamond’ y cuyo video ya está disponible en YouTube.
